The grapefruit has a round and slightly flattened shape. The diameter is about 16 cm. The fruit has a light yellow to orange-red skin. The thick skin of the fruit is not easy to remove. The flesh is light yellow or from the pink grapefruit light pink to deep red. The red variety tends to be the sweetest.
